Mercy “Real Day”

10 Oct 2019
Experience a real day in the Mercy Secondary School
To the Parents of Sixth Class Girls,
We would like to invite your daughter to experience a real day in the Mercy Secondary School on Thursday 17th of October from 10.15 – 1.15pm. We will offer some real time classes during this time and give your daughter a feel for what a day in the Mercy would be like. We will provide lunch for your daughter during this time.
We are aiming this experience at any 6th class students in Primary schools other than our own main feeder school, The Mercy Primary (those students will have their own experience later in the year).
After the great turn out at our recent Open Night, particularly of students from non-Mercy Primary schools, we were motivated and encouraged to offer this ‘real day’ again this year.
We will offer transport to those a long distance away from our school.
If you are interested in your daughter coming to our school on Thursday, 17th October please phone the office on 051 – 373476 by Tuesday 15th October at 4.00pm and give your daughter’s name, if you wish for her to attend.
A letter was sent to primary schools yesterday and that letter can be viewed by clicking the download link below. The permission slip for your daughters Primary School in also available to download below.
All are very welcome,
Johnny Brennan
Deputy Principal
